About Deniz
I'm an art manager. As a result of my interest in psychology and yoga, I received trainings such as Mindfulness-based Stress Relief, Art Therapy, Goddess Meditation and Taoist Meditation. In 2017, I started to organize group therapies and workshops. The balance and serenity reflected in the light and lives of the participants and the spark that I saw in the eyes of the participants led me to continue these studies.

Our sessions start with breathing and relaxation exercises. The meditation and concentration exercises conducted under my guidance provides the relief of the stress of the day and gives strength for one's life in general. Post-meditation continues with feedback and sharing of feelings. Our session ends with practical suggestions that you can use in daily life.
