About Kai
I am a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience across medical wards, intensive care, surgical and community nursing in Australia, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines.
I have worked as an educator in hospital settings, Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) and universities, as well as a Clinical Facilitator and Clinical Nurse Consultant. I am currently studying a master’s degree to become a Nurse Practitioner, so I understand the challenges of balancing study, work and everyday life.
I want to teach because I enjoy helping students turn uncertainty into understanding and confidence. Nursing can feel overwhelming, and I believe patient explanations, practical examples and encouragement can make a meaningful difference.
I have supported students from diverse cultural and language backgrounds. Having worked across three countries, I appreciate the different perspectives, strengths and experiences each student brings.
My approach is friendly, respectful and without judgment. Whether you need a concept explained another way, support preparing for placement or help connecting theory to practice, I will meet you at your level and help you build confidence in your abilities.

With over 15 years of experience in medical, intensive care, surgical and community nursing across Australia, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines, I bring real clinical insight into our lessons. My experience as a Clinical Educator and Clinical Nurse Consultant helps me explain complex topics clearly and connect your studies to everyday nursing practice.
Together, we can focus on:

You don’t need to have everything figured out before asking for help. I aim to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, revisiting difficult topics and learning from mistakes.
My goal is to help you become a more confident, independent learner and carry that confidence into your nursing practice.
