I am a registered dietitian, I have a Bsc. Degree andxa Pgdip diploma in Dietetics. I have given weight loss education to patient's, general public and individuals who have showed excellent results either for personal purposes or knowledge interests.

I like using an individual approach depending on each person's needs, background and goals, I havd found this approach go show better results, because when it comes to weight loss and nutrition there isn't exactly a "one size fit all" approach. When doing a group education, I also apply a bit of background taking into account factors such as culture differences, beliefs and gender.
