As a pianist and educator, my journey is a testament to my lifelong passion for music and dedication to sharing its transformative power with others. With three years of experience teaching piano, I have had the privilege of guiding students of various ages and backgrounds through their musical endeavors.
My own musical exploration began early in life, driven by a fascination with the piano's ability to convey emotions and tell stories through music. I pursued formal training in classical piano, where I developed a strong technical foundation and appreciation for the depth of classical repertoire. Over time, my interests expanded to encompass jazz, exploring its improvisational nature and rhythmic complexities, which has enriched my approach to teaching.
In my role as an educator, I prioritize creating a supportive and nurturing environment where students can thrive creatively and intellectually. I tailor my teaching methods to accommodate the unique learning styles and goals of each student, whether they are beginners taking their first steps in music or advanced pianists refining their skills.
Beyond teaching technique and repertoire, I aim to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of music as an art form. Whether you are starting from scratch or aiming to refine advanced skills, I tailor lessons to meet your specific goals and aspirations. We work on building a solid foundation in piano technique, including posture, finger dexterity, and sight-reading, while also exploring a diverse range of musical styles, from classical masterpieces to jazz standards and contemporary pieces.
