About Silvana
Hello, My name is Silvana. I currently live in Peru but I am from Colorado .
I have a degree in elementary education with a minor in CLD. My philosophy in teaching is to treat students as individuals. I do this by implementing differentiation in every lesson I teach. Every student works and learns differently. The teacher should be able to meet the needs of every student. I am bilingual and speak both Spanish and English. I have also worked with students of all ages from kindergarten to 6th grade. During my graduate residency, I was able to create my own lessons and implement them in the classroom. I was able to use different differentiation methods. As a teacher, I hope to engage with the students and help them stay motivated in their learning.

A typical lesson plan will have objectives that students need to meet. It will include speaking, listening, reading, and writing. objectives. This can consist of reading a book or writing in a graphic organizer. The lessons are specifically for elementary school-aged children.
