About Fiqir
Hello all! I am a lifelong student, preparing to enter a Master's program. I have spoke English and Amharic for my whole life, studied French for the last 5 years, and am beginning to learn Arabic. Languages are a passion of mine and I understand the importance of English proficiency for academic and professional purpose, so I would like to do all that I can to help.

I want to base my lessons off of the student's needs. My goal is to meet you where you are at, analyze your strengths and weaknesses in order to personalize your lessons to best maximize your potential. Anything from conversational English practice, to elevating your vocabulary, or fixing grammatical syntax errors, I wish to make my teaching style flexible and fine-tuned to the student.

Details
Since I wish to have lessons online for now, I plan on keeping a base rate of $15 an hour. This may be subject to change with the course of the pandemic: if it is later safe for me to drive to see my students, then the rate may increase to accommodate for the driving.
