About Rashmi
I am an individual with problem solving and collaboration skills and a deep passion for helping others. For three years, I have been using these skills in order to help my fellow peers in high school as well as younger children who are about to enter the new environment. I would like to continue assisting others by working with each of my students to help develop and improve their English and Literature skills in a positive learning environment.

As a student, I volunteered in several programs teaching English to high schoolers of all ages struggling with learning disabilities or learning English as a second language. In my lessons, I intend to use the techniques I learnt in these programs such as the pomodoro timer, personalised teaching plans and intentional feedback and retrieval to create unique and individual experiences tailored to the needs of my students ranging from late primary school to Grade 10.
