I received my BFA in 2022 from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. I am a former dancer with Philadanco located here in Philadelphia.

About Ankhtra
I received my BFA from the University of the Arts in 2022 with a full scholarship for Dance.
After graduating I freelanced for a year where I had my debut at the Joyce with Waheed Works in 2023. Later in 2023 I joined Philadanco where I completed 3 seasons.

I offer a wide variety of styles to learn in my teaching while also ensuring you’re given accurate and precise teaching instruction to learn and grow in each individual style. In addition, I like to give my students different modalities when it comes to learning these different styles of dance. There are so many ways to learn dance in its core and in my instruction I like to explore ways of learning that honor how my student may like to learn.
