Hey! I am Dhiraj Kumar, your fitness coach. I am here to provide you guidance to achieve your "Dream Body". I have gained experience of 5 years in this particular field of bodybuilding. I believe in hard work and perseverance. Years before, I worked on myself to attain my dream physique, still working on it, and now it's your turn. I do not believe in bragging; rather, I believe in achieving it. All I am here to say is that if you are ready to change yourself, I will help you in doing that. If you are ready to sweat, push your boundaries, and find out just how powerful you are, you have come to the right place. Let's get to work. (Persons suffering with PCOD, PCOS, Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Sleep Disorder, Lifestyle issues, Hypertension, Diabetes are most welcome)
