About Sebastian
I don’t just coach theory, I live it. From navigating technical local mountain races like Run Ridge Run 25k, Buckin' Hell 35k, UTMB Whistler 53k, Vertkiller 30k to pacing road races like the Vancouver Marathon, I understand what it takes to adapt your body to different terrains.
But I didn’t start out as an experienced runner. I made every mistake possible when I first hit the dirt—the wrong gear, terrible pacing, zero nutrition planning, and plenty of scrapes.
I learned the hard way so you don't have to. I use my own real-world experience and training insights to save you the frustration, keep you injury-free, and make sure you actually enjoy the journey.

Trail Basics: How to tackle hills and tricky terrain without twisting an ankle.
Gear & Food: What to wear and what to eat so you don't run out of energy.
Pacing: Why trail running is different from road running (and why walking is allowed!).
Going Big: How to safely build up to longer distances and ultra-marathons later on.

How We Can Work Together (Rates & Packages)
Hourly Rate (Single Sessions): This is basically to guide you through your training, answer any specific questions you might have, look at your performance, and check in on how you are feeling.
5-Hour & 10-Hour Packages (Custom Programming + Check-ins): * Perfect for runners who want a highly structured plan.
We will use these packages to build a custom bi-weekly or monthly training plan, typically scheduling 5 to 6 training sessions per week tailored to your fitness.
Bonus: Each package also includes a 1-hour 1-on-1 chat session (tailored entirely to what you need—whether that is talking strategy, gear, nutrition, or mindset).
