About Peter
I'm a concert pianist with degrees from the Royal College of Music London and the Royal Conservatory of Music Toronto. I've performed in Carnegie Hall, the National Concert Hall Dublin, the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts Toronto and in many other venues throughout the UK, the USA, Canada, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Finland.
With 7 years of teaching experience, I have a 100% pass rate for students taking ABRSM exams, with most students achieving Merit or Distinction results. Some of my students are also music scholarship holders in some of London's most competitive schools.

Progress doesn't require massive levels of talent, but rather lots of enthusiasm and efficient work! This is why my primary goal in teaching is to foster a love of music making in my students.
I cater my teaching to the individual needs and goals of each student. Skills we can cover include sight-singing, sight-reading, rhythmic exercises, aural skills, technical exercises and of course - repertoire you love suitable to your skill level!
It is also important to me that student and teacher develop a good rapport. Having a good personal relationship with your teacher is key to getting maximum enjoyment from your lessons and so I always approach students with patience and kindness.
