About Baseer
My goal is to help my future students read the Quran correctly with Tajweed, improve their Arabic language skills, and build a strong connection with the Quran. I want every student to learn with confidence, patience, and understanding, and to use what they learn in their daily life.
Why I Want to Teach
I want to teach Quran and Arabic because I enjoy helping students connect with the Quran and learn Arabic correctly. With **5 years of teaching experience**, I aim to provide patient, friendly, and effective lessons based on each student’s level and learning goals. My goal is to help students improve their Quran recitation, Tajweed, memorization, and Arabic language skills with confidence.

# 1-Month Quran & Tajweed Lesson Plan
**Course Duration:** 4 Weeks
**Classes:** 3–5 classes per week
**Class Duration:** 30–45 minutes
# Week 1 — Quran Reading & Makharij
* Introduction to Quran recitation and Tajweed.
* Learn the correct **Makharij (articulation points)** of Arabic letters.
* Practice difficult Arabic letters and correct pronunciation.
* Review basic Harakat: **Fathah, Kasrah, Dammah**.
* Reading practice from selected Quranic verses.
# Week 2 — Noon Sakinah, Tanween & Meem Sakinah
* Learn the four rules of **Noon Sakinah & Tanween**:
* Izhar
* Idgham
* Iqlab
* Ikhfa
* Learn the rules of **Meem Sakinah**:
* Izhar Shafawi
* Idgham Shafawi
* Ikhfa Shafawi
* Practice these rules during Quran recitation.
# Week 3 — Madd, Ghunnah & Qalqalah
* Learn basic types of **Madd** and correct stretching.
* Practice **Ghunnah** with Noon and Meem Mushaddad.
* Learn and practice **Qalqalah** letters: ق، ط، ب، ج، د.
* Introduction to **Tafkheem and Tarqeeq** (heavy and light pronunciation).
* Apply the rules in selected Surahs.
# Week 4 — Waqf, Ibtida & Practical Recitation
* Learn basic **Waqf (stopping)** rules.
* Learn **Ibtida (starting)** correctly.
* Review all Tajweed rules learned during the month.
* Correct common pronunciation mistakes.
* Practice fluent Quran recitation.
* Final assessment and personalized feedback.
# Student Learning Goals
By the end of the month, the student should be able to:
* Read Quran with improved pronunciation.
* Recognize and apply basic Tajweed rules.
* Pronounce Arabic letters correctly.
* Apply Tajweed during Quran recitation.
* Identify and correct common recitation mistakes.
* Recite selected Surahs with confidence.
