My teaching methodology is centered around the needs and learning styles of each individual student.
To achieve this, I develop a detailed lesson plan that includes setting up a plan for the assignment or homework before jumping into it so that students can understand what they need to do exactly. Additionally, I use a variety of teaching techniques, such as visual aids and real-life examples, to make the lessons engaging and interactive.
What sets me apart as a tutor is that I make learning fun. I believe that students learn best when they are enjoying themselves and are fully engaged in the learning process. That is why I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. By doing so, I hope to instill a love for learning in my students that will last a lifetime.
My lessons are designed for those in grades 1-6, and I regularly assess students' progress to ensure they are making progress towards their learning goals. If necessary, I adjust my teaching approach accordingly to ensure students are receiving the support they need. Ultimately, my goal is to build students' confidence in their abilities and encourage them to take ownership of their own learning.
