About Sanna

I was a Quality In-charge in a bakery ingredients manufacturing industry with a Bachelor degree in Food technology from Delhi University. I did my schooling from Punjab and after spending 5 years in Delhi for my studies and job I am back home. I am a big foodie and my profession just beautifully amplifies that love .

About the lesson

I base most of my teaching on practical knowledge . Students would be able to visualize and apply facts to understand the technical parts . The class can be taken by anyone having keen interest in food technology and how food industry works.
