I was able to use online media to market properties and communicate with clients. I was able to show potential buyers and view properties and I provided excellent customer service experience for potential buyers. I made sure I worked as a team to hit weekly targets in sales. I developed skills such as excellent written and communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, organisation, persuasive negotiation skills and had an active interest in the property market.

Get Active Sept 2011-July 2012
Planned and delivered well structured judo sessions at Queen Mary to new students who have never tried the martial arts before. Made sure the environment was comfortable and safe. Developed a university team which never existed before. Planned outings and made sure lessons were still taught after I graduated (to ensure progression).

SSCO June- August 2011
With a group of coaches delivered sports days in different schools around East London. Made sports fun and enjoyable. Motivated children. Developed relationships with children and staff members. Ensured behavior conducts were followed through and created a safe and comfortable environment to work in.

French Connection (May 2010- October 2010)
I showed great customer service by being friendly and polite and putting customers first. It was very important in creating loyal customers and getting good feedback. I was able to deal with customer complaints and queries such as a faulty product or finding a certain size of clothing. I was able to gain a business and commercial awareness. I worked under pressure such as making sure customers are happy and keep smiling whilst there was a queue in the check out line. I was able to cope in busy times especially when there was a sale which shows I can work under pressure.

Selfridges (Nov 2009-january 2010)
I worked in Selfridges by providing customer service in the PRADA shoe section of the store. I was able to develop skills such as attention to detail, business awareness, communication, customer service, IT and numeracy.
I was able to make sure customers were able to get the best experience, I organized and tidied up the shop floor and was able to critically analyze skills to attract customers to a product. I met new and different people every day and was able to use my communication skills to speak to customers and was able to listen to their queries and help them.

A1 Judo Club – 2007- present
I have been volunteering as a judo coach for 10 years now, twice a week to children in the community from the age of 4-8 years old. It is a fun way to introduce martial arts to the community, teaching children discipline, self-respect, and physical exercise.
