About Alexandre
Hi !
I am Alexandre, a state-certified sports educator and nutrition coach.
I practice physical culture (bodybuilding) since I was 16 years old. Being in good shape is a way of life for me and it goes through a healthy lifestyle: physical activity, diet, sleep, stress, etc. I attach particular importance to sharing my passion for sport and my vision of a good "lifestyle" while combining pleasure and health.

Each proposed session is adapted according to the profile of the person (age, objectives, sports level, pathology, etc.). Different materials are included in the sessions to vary the exercises (elastics, mats, ladder on the ground, etc.).
