The first contact will be made by email or on my mobile. I will send you a short questionnaire to find out your goals (weight loss, physical preparation, muscle gain ...), your availability ... Based on your answers I would create a program tailored to your needs and we can meet for personalized coaching sessions if you wish. I would obviously remain at your disposal via my email / mobile to answer all your questions and also to assess your progress.
