About Rebecca
Hi, I’m Becky, a dedicated personal trainer with over 10 years of experience helping people feel stronger, healthier and more confident in themselves.
My journey into fitness started through my love of movement, including swimming and dancing, which still influence the energy and positivity I bring to every session. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, supporting them through weight loss journeys, building body confidence, and achieving personal goals they once thought were out of reach.
I pride myself on being approachable, supportive and genuinely invested in every client I work with. My aim is not just to help you see results, but to help you enjoy the process and build lasting habits.

Becky takes a supportive, motivating and results-driven approach to personal training, focusing on building confidence as well as achieving physical goals. Every session is tailored to the individual, using a mix of strength training, HIIT and functional exercises to keep workouts effective, varied and enjoyable.
With over 10 years of experience, Becky has taught classes including Pump, Legs, Bums & Tums and HIIT, working with a wide range of abilities. Her coaching style is encouraging and adaptable, ensuring clients feel comfortable while still being challenged.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and are suitable for beginners through to intermediate levels, as well as anyone looking to lose weight, improve fitness or boost body confidence. Becky is passionate about helping clients create sustainable habits and long-term results
