About Dominic
I originally started studying a course as a Fitness Instructor for my own gain, to learn more and to be able to assist my then partner and parent to get them healthy. Been working in the industry for 3 years, receiving Honors in Fitness Instruction & Professional Diploma In Diet & Nutrition. Since then my goal has always been to become a Qualified Personal Trainer, which I achieved last year as A Qualified Personal with Physical IQ South Africa as well as achieving a NQF-5 Qualification. I am currently studying Specialized Nutrition to become a registered Nutritionist by end 2025.
