Passionate about martial arts, Chanbara Sport, and fitness, I offer personalized classes tailored to all levels, from beginner to advanced. With over 10 years of experience as a karate instructor (2nd dan black belt), Chanbara Sport instructor (1st dan black belt, champion in Rwanda), and certified fitness coach, I adapt my methods to the specific needs of each student.
My method:
I use a progressive and structured approach, combining traditional techniques with work on posture, flexibility, endurance, and self-control. In Sport Chanbara, I teach the use of foam weapons (kodachi, choken, etc.), with an emphasis on safety, precision, and strategy.
Typical course outline:
Complete and specific warm-up
Technical work: karate (katas, kumite), chanbara sport (weapon handling, movement, combat)
Muscle strengthening and targeted exercises according to objectives (self-defense, coordination, self-confidence)
Stretching and cooling down
My specificities:
Dual expertise: martial arts (karate and chanbara sport) and fitness
Dynamic, fun classes adapted to each age
Experience with children, adolescents and adults
Training for specific populations (certified by the African Register of Exercise)
Target audience:
Children from 6 years old
Adolescents and adults of all ages
Beginners or experienced athletes
Private or small group lessons (in person or online depending on the discipline)
