About Abi

A qualified Life Coach, Stress Management Coach and Counsellor, I also bring over 20 years of senior management experience.

I began my coaching practice in 2013 and in 2017 decided to devote myself to it on a full time basis. I work with people from 16 (with parental consent) upwards and have seen significant client success with anxiety, confidence and self esteem issues.

Since January 2018 I have been a Mentor for executives and senior professionals and support them to develop their careers and emotional intelligence.

I offer all my lessons online, and have appointments during the day, in the evenings and even at weekends. My goal is to be available when you are.

About the lesson

Focussed on empowering you to be the best version of yourself, releasing you from overwhelm, anxiety and self doubt, identifying strengths and goals, creating a more fulfilling life and a deeper understanding of who you are.

Life is busy - with high expectations, constant comparisons, rising levels of anxiety and a growing feeling of overwhelm. We often have hopes and dreams that become lost in the routine of our daily lives.

Finding the time and space to invest in yourself and your goals may feel impossible, but it is something you deserve.

I believe in providing accessible support. Having to make time to travel to your appointment, perhaps finding a place to park, taking time off work or arranging childcare are all additional pressures for you.

The support I offer is done by Skype, FaceTime and Zoom, and at times that actually work for you! So all you need to do is find somewhere quiet and comfortable, and you're all set. Imagine being curled up on your couch or even sat on a beach somewhere fabulous - wherever you are comfortable is just perfect - now that is accessible coaching!

I work hard to ensure that my clients are supported, respected and heard. With a clear focus on empowerment, you will find no judgement, only encouragement.

You deserve to feel confident, focussed and free. And together, we can make that a reality.

I am a firm believer that how we think influences our behaviour and to this end, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques (such as challenging thoughts) as well as a range of coaching exercises and techniques.
