I have been a teacher of Food for the last 25 years in secondary school education. I love inspiring people to go outside their comfort zones and give them confidence to make dishes of high skill. I have taught from basic skills through to GCSE/Level 3 high-skilled dishes, I can even teach you the science behind it. Nothing is unachievable, you just need to have trust
