Fees and Payment

Before the beginning of the course or hourly lesson, the student must pay in full the amount for the course or hourly lesson they have chosen. The course or hourly lesson will not commence until full payment has been received. Once full payment has been received an email will be sent to the student to acknowledge payment has been received. This email is evidence to show that the student has paid. No part payment for the course or an hourly lesson will be accepted.

Cancellation and Termination Policy

If the Student needs to cancel a scheduled lesson, the student agrees to contact me at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. The student may contact me by email at: (concealed information) The student and I then agree to reschedule the cancelled lesson as soon as possible. I will only accept 2 cancelled lessons during the duration of the course.

The student forfeits the scheduled lesson if the student fails to give at least 24 hours notice to me. That means that the student does not receive an alternative day or time for the missed lesson. Any exceptions to this policy must be discussed between the student and me. The student also forfeits the lesson if he or she is later than 15 minutes to a scheduled lesson.

In the event that a student fails to attend a group class no make up lesson will be offered. This applies even if the student has informed me 24 hours before the lesson commences. However, I do give the opportunity for the student to book an extra lesson prior to their next group class (schedule permitting) to make up for the unattended one at the cost of £15.

Either I or the student may cancel this agreement during the course at any time with 24 hours notice to each other. No refund will be given to the Student if they cancel this agreement. I will refund to the student the sum of the remaining lessons in the event that they cancel this agreement. No explanation will be given to the student in the event of this happening.

I reserve the right to terminate this contract with immediate effect if a student is either abusive towards me or fellow student, makes suggestions of a sexual nature or imposes their political or religious beliefs upon me or fellow student. No refund will be offered in the case that the agreement is terminated.
