About Cara
I am a CDTA associate ballet teacher. I have many years of dance training under my belt, nearly 25. My training has been primarily focused in ballet, however, I am familiar with other dance styles as well such as lyrical and contemporary. I have had many opportunities to perform onstage with a professional ballet school and also did exams. I am a certified ECE and EA and I have a lot of experience with children and those with special needs.

Students will learn the basics of ballet. They will be taught exercises that will help with strengthening, flexibility and overall health (especially to avoid future injuries)
Students will also learn how to incorporate artistry in their dancing. All you have to bring is your passion and smile. This is for anyone willing to learn, special needs students are also welcome. Classes will take place Saturdays (book a time for private lessons), Mondays at 6:50pm (adult group) and Fridays at 4:30pm (children group). All times are Eastern.
