About Nas
Nas has over 44 years' experience as a Primary School teacher. She has worked extensively with students across a spectrum of learning disabilities and has a deep passion for teaching students with autism. Nas's core belief is that every child deserves the chance to reach their potential. Nas has many tools in her teaching toolbox and will work to ensure the child masters the skills successfully. Qualifications: Masters in Special Education (Monash Uni) Grad Dip in Autism (ATI) Grad Dip in Primary Teaching (La Trobe)

All subject prep to Year 6 I am a qualified autism teacher with over 40 years' experience. I provide specialist learning experiences for students with special needs of all ages and abilities. I use a range of evidence-based and multisensory strategies to ensure that I am providing the best opportunity for each of my students to reach their potential. I am up-to-date with the latest curriculum and methods of learning. I ensure programmes and sessions are carefully planned and organised so that pupils feel appropriately challenged yet supported. I work collaboratively with families and value strong communication between teacher, student, and parent. Please note I prefer to work with children closer to Werribee because of time constraints
