About Jessica
As a professional and qualified Counsellor, I have been assisting people one-on-one as well as in workshop settings for two years. During these two years, I primarily taught others psychological concepts related to self-development, counselling, positive thinking, stress management, and conflict resolution. Through my warm, empathetic approach, I have had many people thank me for the results they attained. My clients and students have felt stronger, happier, and more satisfied all-together so that they can thrive and overcome any obstacles that come their way.

I have a set outline that I use for all students, but I also understand that every person learns differently, and that's why I begin with an informative and brief introduction session to establish whether you're more of a kinaesthetic (practical) learner, visual learner, or an auditory learner. Generally speaking, all three are necessary, but you have a preference and you can learn far greater if this is established early on. The methodology involves listening information I can readily share with you, but also working through activities together, and questions are always encouraged so I know you're right on track! I also give you optional exercises to do in your own time, and provide you with useful resources to look over!
I encourage authenticity and truly believe in a holistic approach when it comes to teaching, and when it comes to all things in life. It's with a holistic outlook that I have seen people flourish, and I would love to help you do the same.
