About Bella
Hello! I’m Bella - a performance and communication skills practitioner based in London, where I live with my husband and two young children. After university, I trained to be an actor at The London School of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and went on to spend over a decade in the design industry. I combine a host of tried and tested performance techniques with a wealth of experience in presenting, client-facing communications, and project management to help you get to the point and make a tangible difference to your impact.
Having struggled with crippling stage fright and performance anxiety myself, I know firsthand how terrible it feels when fight/flight/freeze kicks in at the wrong moment. I’m passionate about helping people overcome the obstacles to clear communication and thrive under pressure, using advanced communication & presentation skills training. I worked hard to solidify techniques which unlock ease, authenticity, and fluency in professional settings.
As an experienced and skilled communication coach, I deliver dynamic, insightful, and unpretentious workshops and one-to-one coaching, to give participants simple and accessible tools which can be used immediately to take back control, feel comfortable, and be memorable.

I'm a LAMDA trained actor turned corporate skills trainer & public speaking coach, and I am passionate about helping people communicate with focus, fluency and flair. With over a decade of experience applying performance techniques to real-world business contexts, I'll transform your ability to:

Let's develop your skills to captivate any audience, express yourself effortlessly and unlock your true communicative potential. My sessions are 60 minutes in length, and I work with all ages and abilities.
I typically hold the sessions online, but I'm happy to travel within South London for a small fee.
I hold a 1st Class MA in English Literature from Edinburgh University and a Diploma in Professional Acting from LAMDA.
