About Maxwell
I’m Maxwell, and I bring both knowledge and passion to psychology tutoring. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a strong interest in understanding the mind, I focus on making complex ideas clear and practical. My teaching method is to simplify theory, connect it to real-life examples, and encourage students to think critically rather than just memorize information. A typical lesson starts with reviewing key concepts or assignments, then breaking them down step by step. I guide students through discussion, real-world applications, and practice questions to ensure both understanding and confidence. A typical lesson starts with reviewing the student’s goals or current material. From there, we go step by step through the topic—whether it’s behavior, cognition, development, or mental health—using discussion, examples, and practice questions. I end each session with a quick recap to reinforce learning.
