I am a PGCE student currently qualifying as a social sciences teacher. My BSc is in straight psychology where I achieved a 2:1. My MSc specialised in Mental health and well-being, where I achieved a distinction. I got an A* in A level psychology

My teaching method starts with retrieval practice of key terms/definitions and teaching builds on this. I like to make links to other areas of psychology because the subject is so applicable across modules. Exam technique is also very important so I like to incorporate both short and long answers and learn the structure/tips to get marks on these.
