About Karina
I am a first year psychology student at Wilfrid Laurier! From an early age, I've excelled at writing essays and analyzing novels—and it's a skill I still value today! After completing my undergrad, I am hoping to pursue my Ph.D in Clinical Psychology and help contribute to the world of mental health!

I believe in understanding the content from the root! I encourage asking all kinds of questions and I also help students develop and refine their perspectives and interpretations for their novels. Critical thinking is important to me and I'd like students to analyze and try to find the deeper meaning behind what they read rather than taking it at face value. Each student is unique, with their of perspectives and I enjoy helping them discover their own creativity!
I intend on teaching high school students (from grades 9 to 11) and elementary students (from grades 1 to 8)!
