I’m BA Psychology, PG diploma clinical psychology. I would love to help you in your healing journey. Helping your own self can be very tiring, you must feel it’s a burden to take help or it’s gonna be too long of a journey spending on this work. I’m a great guide. I have a degree in psychology. PG diploma in clinical psychology. I’m currently pursuing Yogashastra. I’m well-grounded in life. I can help you get out of spiraling thoughts, help you see what’s the truth and what’s not necessary to think in life. I have been through a great deal of childhood trauma. I can help you if you come with distress and sadness too. There is nothing wrong with you. It’s all questioning your thoughts how to do that, I’ll teach you.
