About Steve
As a current Assistant Psychologist on the path to becoming a Clinical Psychologist, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to my teaching. Having worked for many years within the NHS, I have developed a deep understanding of psychology in both clinical and educational settings. My work keeps me informed of the latest research, best practices, and the evolving needs of students in academic environments. I understand the challenges students face when studying psychology, whether for exams, coursework, or personal development. My experience allows me to provide structured, high-quality lessons that align with educational requirements while also making the subject engaging and practical. With a strong foundation in both theory and real-world application, I ensure a professional, supportive, and insightful learning experience tailored to your needs.

Hi, I’m Steve, and I take a relaxed, down-to-earth approach to teaching psychology, sport psychology, and general health and well-being. With a BA in Psychology from the U.S. and an MSc from the U.K., I bring a well-rounded perspective to my lessons, making complex ideas easy to understand and apply in real life. Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of human behaviour, improve your mindset in sports, or just gain a better grasp of well-being and mental health, my lessons are tailored to you. I believe learning should be engaging, practical, and, most importantly, useful in your everyday life. No matter your background or experience level, I’ll help you build knowledge and confidence in a way that makes sense for you. Let’s learn together in a way that’s both insightful and enjoyable!
