I am a psychologist, certified life coach and mental health first aider with experience in tantra work and spiritual healing. I have been studying all these forms and approaches for the past 10 years and believe that the use of both eastern and western approaches delivers the most rounded and best results!

My sessions offer a variety of eastern and western approaches to best help guide you to a whole new way of seeing yourself and the world around you. with healing including integration, inner child work, mindset and cognitive behavioural training, inner critic therapy, trigger work etc we will remove all the BS that no longer serves you out of the way and use positive psychology, tantra, movement therapy, art, mirror work, working with boundaries and relationships and a whole bunch of exercises to ignite that fire within you, help you to reconnect with yourself and help you step into your full potential, your power.
