I am an experienced teacher at degree, college and NVQ levels, currently a program leader at degree level. I have helped countless students to achieve high grades across all levels, and have qualified 100's of fitness instructors / personal trainers.

I deliver lessons to Sports Therapy degree students and BTEC sports students. My method of teaching is to ensure you enjoy the lesson, find the content interesting and actively learn. I am always happy to break a concept down as many times as needed for it to be understood, and do this with examples and analogies. I make sure my students are absolutely confident in their understanding before we move on and build on it.
