Hi! I’m a professionally trained ballet teacher with 8 years of experience, specializing in Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and Vaganova (Russian) techniques. I teach students of all levels, from young beginners (4+) to adults, helping them build strong technique, grace, and confidence. My classes are structured, fun, and tailored to each student’s progress—whether you're learning for exams, performances, or simply for the love of ballet! I focus on building strong foundations in ballet through proper technique, posture, and flexibility. My classes follow structured progressions based on the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and Russian Vaganova methods. I emphasize: Body Alignment & Posture – Ensuring students develop strength and control. Musicality & Artistry – Encouraging graceful movements with musical awareness. Progressive Training – Gradually increasing difficulty to match students’ growth. Personalized Guidance – Adapting lessons to each student’s strengths and challenges. Lesson Structure & Duration Young beginners (Ages 4-6): 30-45 minutes – Fun, interactive sessions focusing on basic coordination, rhythm, and confidence. Children & Teens (Ages 7-17): 60 minutes – Includes warm-ups, barre exercises, center work, and choreography. Adults & Advanced Students: 75-90 minutes – More technical and performance-focused, incorporating flexibility and strength training. Qualifications & Experience Professionally trained in RAD and Vaganova syllabi 8 years of teaching experience with students ranging from young children to adults Experience in preparing students for examinations, performances, and competitions Who My Classes Are For Beginners (Ages 4+) – Fun, engaging introduction to ballet. Exam & Pre-Professional Students – Focus on syllabus training and technique refinement. Adults (Beginner to Advanced) – Fitness, flexibility, and artistic expression through ballet. I aim to create a positive, disciplined, and encouraging environment where students grow in both skill and confidence while enjoying the beauty of ballet.
