About Infinity

Hello! My name is Amandeep Singh, and I am a Senior IT Infrastructure Support Engineer with over 14 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, networking, and infrastructure management. Throughout my career, I have worked with healthcare, entertainment, and international clients across the USA, Canada, UK, and New Zealand.

My expertise includes Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, desktop and server support, NAS storage management, troubleshooting, and IT operations. I have also led technical support teams and helped organizations maintain high system availability and efficient IT services.

As a tutor, I focus on practical learning and real-world applications rather than just theory. I am committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions confidently, develop problem-solving skills, and gain industry-relevant knowledge that can be applied immediately in real-world IT environments.
