Amisha is a respected tutor in our community. She is highly recommended for her commitment and the quality of her lessons. An excellent choice to progress with confidence.
About Amisha
I am a lifelong student of Hindustani Classical Music with over 15 years of dedicated training and performance experience. Alongside my deep love for the vocal arts, I am a lawyer, which brings a highly structured and articulate approach to my mentorship style.
More than just running a class, my true purpose is to be that warm, patient guiding light for absolute beginners that I so deeply wished I had when I was first starting out. I believe singing is a physical coordination skill that anyone can master when given a safe, zero-judgment space to build their confidence.

My vocal framework is designed specifically for Level-0 beginners who want to build a strong foundation in Hindustani Classical Music without any pressure.
We break training down into its simplest elements, focusing heavily on voice culture, breath stability, and basic pitch anchoring through steady swar holding. By training your ears to track a steady tanpura drone, you will develop precise muscle memory and pitch control step-by-step in a relaxed, patient, and zero-judgment environment.

She has a remarkable ability to leave a lasting impression every time she sings. Her understanding of musical intricacies, attention to vocal expression, sensitivity towards her own hymn, however is the disciplined practice of years but reflect the qualities of a true musician and a passionate teacher.
Also, I can vouch to it that her frankness and approachable nature shall complement her expertise, it shall be making each lesson feel less like a formal class and more like discovering a part of yourself you never knew how to express.
If singing has always been an unsung wish of yours, Amisha might just be the person to help you find your voice.I’m not a music professional by any means, but I can tell you one thing for sure: she sings absolutely beautifully. I’ve known her for a long time, and her love and respect for Indian classical music is unmatched. She has been practicing this art ever since she was a little kid, and it truly is her biggest passion in life.
If you’re looking for a teacher for your child, or even for yourself, you won’t find anyone who cares more about the craft than she does. She is patient, incredibly talented, and genuinely wants to share the beauty of this music with others. Highly, highly recommend checking her classes out!View more recommendations
