About Elva
I am a dedicated Singing tutor with more than 12 years of experience helping students achieve their musical ambitions. I teach School students, College students, and Working Professionals who want to improve their vocal techniques, performance skills, and confidence.
My teaching style is personalised, supportive, and results-focused. I begin by assessing each student's strengths and areas for improvement before creating a customised learning plan. This approach helps students stay motivated while achieving measurable results.
My lessons focus on breathing techniques, pitch training, rhythm development, voice projection, diction, vocal expression, and stage confidence. I use interactive activities, guided exercises, and performance opportunities to help students apply their knowledge effectively. Regular feedback supports continuous improvement.
Along with Singing, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Coaching, and Song Interpretation. These complementary subjects strengthen students' musical foundations and enhance their overall performance abilities. I also provide guidance on maintaining vocal health and developing productive practice habits.
My mission is to help learners become confident and expressive singers. Through patience, encouragement, and expertise, I support students in reaching their highest potential while enjoying the learning process.

My Singing teaching methodology combines flexibility, creativity, understanding, and strong time management to provide students with a structured yet enjoyable learning experience. I believe that effective vocal training should balance technical development with creative exploration.
I start by evaluating each student's strengths, challenges, and musical goals. This helps me create customised lesson plans that encourage steady improvement and maintain student motivation.
Creativity is integrated into every lesson through song-based learning, vocal exercises, listening tasks, and performance activities. These methods help students remain engaged while developing important vocal skills.
My lessons focus on breathing techniques, pitch control, rhythm awareness, articulation, vocal tone, and performance confidence. Students are given practical tools that help them improve their singing both inside and outside the classroom.
Understanding and encouragement are key aspects of my teaching philosophy. I create a supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from experience.
Time management allows me to structure lessons effectively, ensuring that all important areas of vocal development receive attention. Each session includes warm-ups, skill-building activities, song practice, and feedback.
In addition to Singing, I can teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Care, Sight Singing, and Music Fundamentals. My aim is to help students become confident and capable singers.
