About Jacky

Former physical trainer for the Army I am now a sports coach in Lyon. My greatest strength and pedagogy, I myself had too much bad memories of the college sports teacher who could disgust us with the sport. Physical activity is essential in our life and it is and must be a source of pleasure.

About the lesson

My mission is to give you a taste for sport. If you like what you do you will do it all your life, and that's my goal. How I work: 1: We define your why? What is the reason you want to play sports? 2: I define the best strategy that will bring you the best results. 3: I define test sessions to see your progress and increase your motivation
