About Lilianne
I hold a BM in Film Scoring at Berklee College of Music and a Diploma in Musical Theater. I composed or arranged several pop songs accruing 7M streams on Spotify through all of my works. The most notable one being 'Price of Perfection' which was performed on CANADA'S GOT TALENT. I scored several films including two award-winning films, such as 'Class Crush', 'Am I Dreaming?', and 'Silence'. I play piano, harp, clarinet, saxophone, flute and the voice proficiently as well as many others on a basic level, allowing me to fully dissect what sounds good on what instrument. And I have written one opera, one musical, and two symphonies. I am qualified to teach you anything related to music theory, piano, songwriting, orchestration, music production and ear training. Whether you are a total beginner who doesn't read music, or a university music major doing your undergrad. I can help you!

I am an experienced teacher with experience writing for pop, jazz, rock, country, musical theater, film and classical music with a total of 7 million streams on Spotify throughout all my works. My goal is to give you the tools needed to thrive in your own musical style. My belief is that the goal of music theory is to allow us to better extrapolate what's in our imagination onto the score!!! Previous formal music training is NOT required. Any age is welcome. I am qualified to teach you: - Fundamentals of Music (scales, chords, keys, intervals) - Piano - DAWs (Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, Cubase) - Music Notation (Finale, Dorico, Musescore) - Songwriting, Lyric Writing and Composition - Jazz Theory and Improvisation - Pop Music Production - Film Mockups - Applications of Acoustic Orchestrations into Contemporary Settings (such as pop, musical theater, etc) - Big Band and Rock Arrangements - Advanced Film Scoring and Classical Orchestration - Advanced Woodwind, Brass and String Orchestration - Advanced Post-Romantic Orchestration
