About Becky
With thirty years in the construction industry Becky Paroz has demonstrated her unique leadership abilities on some of the most demanding projects in Australia. As a successful and industry leading Project Manager she is a Director in two companies, a qualified coach, and professional mentor. Becky has been and continues to be a much requested speaker at state and national industry conferences. She is also experienced speaker on the topics of leadership, confidence, and resilience, and has presented globally on these topics.
She write regular blogs, promote her books which speaks significantly on her experience, and volunteer mentors with several industry groups. She provides professional, experienced coaching, mentoring, and public speaking training for entrants to the industry, encouraging them to manage the dynamics that come with a career in a complex industry.
