About Joshua

I am a professional pilot with a passion for teaching. My flying experience has been as a Beechcraft 1900 Captain, Cessna 404 Training Captain and survey manager with extensive experience flying through southern Victoria, Far North Queensland and throughout Australia.

I currently teach PPL and CPL theory subjects to students wishing to sit the CASA FCL examinations.

I am hoping to do my part for the future of aviation by improving the knowledge and skills of fellow pilots to keep the industry growing stronger.

About the lesson

I have 8 years industry experience in survey, freight and passenger air transport operations.
I believe in practical demonstration and visual approaches to learning as it is what works best for me. I can offer a different perspective to traditional classroom styles by applying knowledge to real life scenarios.

Perfect! Josh provided exceptional theory training while I worked on my commercial pilot license. Their ability to explain complex topics like aerodynamics and AGK in a clear, engaging way made learning easy and enjoyable. The lessons were well structured, with real world examples that helped me understand the material. Josh ensured I was fully prepared for exams, and their dedication to my success was evident. Highly recommend Josh for anyone looking for top quality aviation theory training!
