About Thomas

Combattant professionnel de MMA invaincu (7 0 amateur - 4 0 pro). Je pratique les arts martiaux depuis mon plus jeune âge. J'ai débuté avec le judo en compétition à 6 ans puis je suis passé à la boxe française lorsque j'étais adolescent, avant de commencer le MMA il y a 14 ans en France. J'ai voyagé et je me suis entrainé en Thailande à Phulet, Australie et plus de 2 ans au Tristar Gym.
Je suis un combattant complet and peut vous aider à progresser aussi bien en boxe qu'en lutte ou au sol. Je propose des cours axé MMA avec ses transitions et ses spécificités (frappes au sol notamment).
J'offre également des cours concentrés sur l'aspect fitness (conditionnement physique et perte de poids)

Undefeated pro MMA fighter (7 0 amateur and 4 0 pro) I’m a long life martial artist. I started with judo as a kid then switch to french boxing as a teenager before starting my MMA journey about 14 years ago in France. I’ve traveled and trained worldwide (Phuket Thailand for about 6 months, Australia for 6 months as well as at Tristar gym for about 2 years).
I’m a well rounded mixed martial artist and can help you improve your striking, wrestling as well as your jiu jitsu. I’m offering classes with MMA specific situation such as transitions, scramble and ground and pound.

Je vous propose des cours privés de MMA tout niveau (débutant à compétiteur) : boxe, muay thai lutte, jiu jitsu, préparation physique. Que vous cherchiez à progresser en sport de combat, apprendre à vous défendre ou simplement pour la remise en forme.
Je vous donne rendez-vous au King Fit situé au 5275 Ferrier St #306, Montreal, Quebec H4P 1L7.
1ère séance d'essai offerte. Disponibilité tous les soirs à partir de 17h et les week-end.

I'm offering MMA private all levels (beginners to competitor) : boxe, muay thai, wrestling, jiu jitsu, conditioning. Classes are at King Fit located 5275 Ferrier St #306, Montreal, Quebec H4P 1L7.
First trial sessions for free. Avaibility everyday from 5 pm and every week-end.
Whether you are looking to start your martial arts journey to become a fighter, looking to get in shape or simply learn how to defend yourself come and train with me.
