About Paxton
Every student has a unique musical journey, and I feel privileged to guide that journey as a flute tutor with 17 years of teaching experience. I work with school and college students and focus on making every lesson enjoyable and meaningful.
Students learn breathing techniques, posture, finger coordination, rhythm, scales, articulation, tone quality, and expressive performance through practical learning. I celebrate every improvement because small steps lead to great achievements.
Throughout my teaching career, I have enjoyed watching students become confident musicians. Besides flute, I teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, beginner composition, rhythm exercises, and music appreciation.
My mission is to help students enjoy learning while building lasting musical skills.

My goal is to help students become confident flute players while enjoying every lesson. My teaching methodology is built on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity because these values encourage both musical and personal growth.
Students begin by mastering breathing techniques, posture, note reading, rhythm, finger placement, and tone production. As they improve, they develop articulation, scales, expression, dynamics, improvisation, ornamentation, and concert performance.
I motivate students by celebrating every achievement and encouraging regular practice. Communication is patient and friendly, making difficult concepts easy to understand. Integrity helps me build trust through honesty, fairness, and equal support for every learner.
Creative lesson activities include movie songs, classical music, rhythm challenges, duet practice, listening sessions, ear training, and stage preparation. Besides flute, I also teach recorder, beginner keyboard, music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, and music appreciation.
