About Lucia
Graduated in languages but passionate about holistic wellbeing, fitness and natural nutrition: I am certified as a NLP Coach with a Master Practitioner, I am a trainer of the Giusto Peso Per Sempre method and I have studied Neuro Cognitive and Behavioural Science. My experience as a coach started in 2012 and I have about 500 hours of coaching, more than 100 satisfied customers and about 300kg lost collectively by my clients.

During my coaching I use the Neuro Linguistic Programming, the Right Weight Forever method to make you a Skinny Person Without Effort. It allows you to eliminate binge eating and harmful habits with food, to make sure that food and eating become a pleasant thought and that the movement becomes a regular and gratifying part of life. With me you will learn to use the behaviors of people who are already naturally thin and to make them yours FOREVER. You will return to your weight and you will eliminate negative thoughts towards food, you will begin to eat only by hunger, to stop when you are satisfied and to workout for pleasure. All this will lead you to weight loss and a rediscovery of your vitality in a NATURAL way and following YOUR RHYTHMS.
