About Noelia

Hello, I am a Professional Latin Dancer, specializing in Bachata & Salsa. I strive to spark emotions in people through expressing movements that tell a story and inspire us to feel, heal and connect with ourselves and others. Learn the language of dance with me and heal through dance by tapping into your sensuality.

About the lesson

We'll start your dance journey with setting goals and then I focus and cater to your needs. I pay close attention to your learning style so I can accommodate to how you learn. By assessing your strengths & weaknesses I can come up with homework in the form of training tips. A typical lesson lasts 45 mins and we begin with a warm-up dance and end with a cool down dance, which acts as a way to assess your improvement after just one class. A lot of the time will be spent dancing with each other so I can correct the things I feel but this depends on your level. We can also discuss dance etiquette and theory. I am very well-known and involved in the scene so I am a good resource and support system in your dance journey. Please note: I would recommend online classes to complete beginners, as you can gain a certain level of understanding without physical touch, but to truly understand connection we would have to meet in person.
