About Santiago

I studied cooking in Empoli (Italy) and worked in the kitchens of the restaurant of the Hotel Michelangelo in Florence, I continued in the kitchens of El Espigón and Wagamama in Madrid before discovering my passion for teaching and culinary research. Now I work at the Research and Product Development department at Alsea, I teach in a Masters at UNIR and develope recipes for the QUÉ BIEN COMER blog. I have a masters in Food Safety from CESIF, training in nutrition from UNIR and I have collaborated as an editor in media such as National Geographic Traveler or CuidatePlus.

About the lesson

My classes can be adapted to the student needs, both in terms of experience and type of food (international, gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free, healthy ...). In the classes you not only learn to cook, you also learn about the origin of food and recipes, about culinary techniques, about food preservation... In short, all the tools to enjoy and love cooking even more.
