About Jeff
I am a Chartered Professional Engineer in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. 43 years experience in organizing design, implementation and construction of complex projects for Government and private sector especially in 3 waters. Specialize with a wide knowledge of civil, structural, environmental, systems and project management. I hold qualifications NZCE, BE(Hons), GradDipMgt(Tech Mgt), MBA in Technology Management, APEC Engineer, IntPE(Aus). MASCE, SMIE Aust, CPEng (Aust), RPEQ, CMEngNZ, CPEng (NZ). Previously taught Structures and Geotechnical engineering at Otago Polytechnic where classes achieved 100% pass rate.

First off I listen to understand what each students needs really are:
My teaching method is to understand the students need and focus information to achieve fast learning of the Critical Success factors for passing. Where more detailed explanation is needed I take the additional time to ensure the back information is easily understood.
For complex projects to be completed to meet every ones needs you have to be able to make the information easy for everyone to understand whether it be the everyday person in the street or persons needing through explanation of complex issues. This approach of explaining in a way that is easy to understand is what I can willingly provide for each and every student.
