About Ella
Hello! I'm Ella, a professional ballerina and, hopefully, your new teacher. A bit about my professional dance experience! I graduated from the Australian Ballet School in 2018 with a Graduate Diploma of Classical Ballet and was offered a position at the Royal New Zealand Ballet. I danced with this wonderful company for 6 years, performing various corps de ballet, soloist and principal roles until the end of 2024. In 2025, I decided to embark on an audition tour in the UK and Europe to gain experience overseas. I was offered a position in Ballet Ireland, where I performed soloist roles in their national tour of Cinderella. I'm now returning to New Zealand, continuing to dance at a professional level, and beginning private tutoring!
