I've been dancing for 14 years. It is a true passion for me, both practicing it and transmitting it. I help friends and family, giving exercises for stretching, flexibility, also to develop muscles or to improve the classical technique, for all levels. This type of activity has a real positive impact on health, well-being, but also to keep fit, feel good in your body. Also, I took anatomy classes, so I know the body well. I dance a lot, but I also do stretching, Pilates, etc. It seems very important to me.

Perfect! Clara es una profesora muy atenta y amable. Me ayudó mucho con la tecnica, pero también con disfrutar aún más del baile! Muy recomendable :)
